Short version: without your consent this site collects no statistics at all. What you send through the form is used only to reply to you.

Who processes your data
The controller is UTMdev s. r. o., Výstavní 198/134, 703 00 Ostrava-Vítkovice, Czech Republic, company ID 08999228, VAT ID CZ08999228, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Ostrava, section C, insert 81568.

Which cookies the site uses
Necessary. A server session cookie (keeps your chosen language for the visit) and a utm_consent entry in your browser storage holding this very choice. Without them the site would ask for consent on every page load. They are set without consent because the site does not work without them.
Analytics. Google Analytics (_ga and _ga_* cookies). Measures traffic — how many people came, to which pages and from where. The IP address is anonymised. The script loads only after you click “Accept all”. If you do not consent, it is never loaded and no analytics cookies are created.
The site uses no advertising or profiling cookies and we pass nobody's data on for advertising.
Contact form
When you write to us through the form we process your name, e-mail, phone, company and the message. None of it is mandatory beyond what we need in order to reply.
Why: to answer you and, where relevant, prepare a quotation — our legitimate interest and steps taken before entering into a contract.
Where it goes: the message is stored in our database and also sent to info@utmdev.eu. Nowhere else.
How long: we keep an enquiry and the related correspondence for 3 years from the last contact, then delete it.
Who else can see it
Besides us, only those without whom the site would not run:
- Hosting and e-mail provider — ACTIVE 24, s.r.o., Sokolovská 394/17, Prague 8, Czech Republic, company ID 25115804 (servers in the EU).
- Google Ireland Limited — only if you allowed analytics cookies.
We do not sell data and we do not pass it to anyone for their own purposes.
Content loaded from other servers
Parts of the site are loaded from third-party servers: fonts from Google Fonts, libraries from public CDNs and, on selected product pages, video from YouTube. Those providers therefore receive your IP address and browser details — that is technically unavoidable if the content is to appear.
YouTube video plays only after you click it.
Your rights
You have the right to know what we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to object, and to receive it in a machine-readable form. Write to info@utmdev.eu — we reply within a month at the latest.
If you believe we are handling your data badly, you can contact the Czech Data Protection Authority, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.cz.
How to withdraw consent
At any time. Withdrawing is as easy as giving it — use the button below. Withdrawal does not undo anything retroactively; measurement simply stops from that moment.
You can also delete cookies in your browser; look for “clear browsing data” in its help.

When what the site does changes, this text changes with it and the date above is updated. Earlier versions are available on request.
